Rigor. (from the lat. rigore) n. 1. harshness; strength; 2.fig., severity; punctuality; accuracy.

There is no "more or less levelled", "more or less upright”, "more or less clean" or "more or less safe", but rather “levelled”, "upright”, "clean” and “safe". The rigour is reflected in our procedures, in time and in the rules to follow. In the light of moral and principles, being severe means being rigorous.

Passion. (from the lat. passione) n. 1. intense and usually violent feeling (affection, joy, hate, etc.) which hinders the exercise of impartial logic; 2. derived from a feeling; 3. great predilection; 4. partiality; 5. great grief; immense suffering...

Under the sign of passion – a text of the Portuguese poet Regina Guimarães – is our icon. Passion is to reveal great enthusiasm for something, favourable encouragement or opposite to something.
It is the sensibility transmitted by an architect or engineer through work.
Passion is the dedication to a project. Passion is a state of warm soul.

A solidary company is recognized as a fair and non-selfish company. A solidary company is a preferred choice in business. It is a more competitive company. Volunteering is a vehicle to solidarity. It is modern, fair, cultured, friend, it is a noble gesture of moral elevation.

Courage is essential in our life. Courage to face less pleasant situations when complex issues come up, not expecting random resolutions.
It is a value that we must highlight as opposed to the fearful, cowardly and laziness.
The courage to react to criticism not with an attitude of demotivation or sadness, but rather to search for the means and the action to overcome its own reason. This kind of courage, which is also an intellectual courage, is highly recommended.

Responsibility. (from the lat respondere) n. the trait of being answerable to someone for something or being responsible for one's conduct; a form of trustworthiness.

We must be certain that, before a choice, we chose what is best for both of us and not just the best for each one. Each employee is responsible for his negotiated activity and co-responsible if the co-worker does not fulfil his own task, thus preventing the common goal. A team is a set of individuals - is a whole. In the business game, as in social or family contexts, everyone must comply with their own relative position and we shall not permit that one of ours fails to be in our team.

France produces fruit vertically with national construction

Jornal de Negócios

The special facilities company of the DST group won the award for an innovative urban agriculture project, in a city close to Paris, which is formed by two towers, one of which is 24 meters high.

In the city of Romainville, next to Paris, an innovative urban and sustainable agriculture project will be born - the Tour Maraîchère: a pair of towers, one of which is 24 meters high, which will be dedicated exclusively to the vertical production of several tons of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, edible flowers, plants and seeds.

It will function as a market, where locals can directly buy products grown on the Tour Maraîchère. A project that is part of the pilot project for urban renewal of the Marcel Cachin block in Romainville, and which is budgeted at five million euros.

Now, this project has Portuguese participation. The French construction company Eiffage, one of the largest in the country, selected DTE, the special installation company belonging to DST group from Braga, to design and execute the Tour Maraîchère electrical installation project.

“DTE will be in charge of all the low-voltage electrical infrastructure of the enterprise, namely cables and cable paths, switchboards, lighting and all the equipment, as well as the security infrastructures, namely fire detection, access control and intrusion, which will be interconnected with the safety net of the Romainville district ”, revealed DST to Negócios.

"Conceived to promote agricultural activity, the building was designed to take full advantage of sunlight and rain, so it will be entirely made of glass, with the possibility of opening the roofs to allow rain and natural night ventilation", described. The production floors "will all be connected through large openings in the slabs to promote air circulation and the entry of rains", while "the design itself avoids energy consumption".

The Tour Maraîchère will also have a restaurant, a greenhouse and educational workshops, aimed at training actions in urban agriculture, as well as being provided with facilities for holding events and conferences.

“To be selected once again by this construction giant, Eiffage Construction, to be partners in a project with this social and environmental importance, is a reason for great satisfaction”, reacted José Teixeira, chairman of the DST group.

In the last year, Eiffage awarded DST two more works in Paris: the restructuring and reconstruction of Maison des Jeunes, an institution that welcomes young people who are in a situation of fragility, in an undertaking valued at 7.2 million euros, and the requalification and transformation of a post office into a training centre, which generated a turnover of 1.4 million euros for DST.

The innovative urban and sustainable agriculture project to be built in Romainville, France, is budgeted at five million euros.

The Tour Maraîchère project consists of two towers, one of which will be about 24 meters high.
