Rigor. (from the lat. rigore) n. 1. harshness; strength; 2.fig., severity; punctuality; accuracy.

There is no "more or less levelled", "more or less upright”, "more or less clean" or "more or less safe", but rather “levelled”, "upright”, "clean” and “safe". The rigour is reflected in our procedures, in time and in the rules to follow. In the light of moral and principles, being severe means being rigorous.

A solidary company is recognized as a fair and non-selfish company. A solidary company is a preferred choice in business. It is a more competitive company. Volunteering is a vehicle to solidarity. It is modern, fair, cultured, friend, it is a noble gesture of moral elevation.

Courage is essential in our life. Courage to face less pleasant situations when complex issues come up, not expecting random resolutions.
It is a value that we must highlight as opposed to the fearful, cowardly and laziness.
The courage to react to criticism not with an attitude of demotivation or sadness, but rather to search for the means and the action to overcome its own reason. This kind of courage, which is also an intellectual courage, is highly recommended.

Responsibility. (from the lat respondere) n. the trait of being answerable to someone for something or being responsible for one's conduct; a form of trustworthiness.

We must be certain that, before a choice, we chose what is best for both of us and not just the best for each one. Each employee is responsible for his negotiated activity and co-responsible if the co-worker does not fulfil his own task, thus preventing the common goal. A team is a set of individuals - is a whole. In the business game, as in social or family contexts, everyone must comply with their own relative position and we shall not permit that one of ours fails to be in our team.

Negócios

The new building of Taguspark - City of Knowledge, which will host the headquarters of the company Miniclip in Portugal, is concluded. Designed from scratch for the online gaming multinational, it resulted from a strong turnkey real estate consulting project by Taguspark. The inauguration will take place in March.

With an area of 4,000 square metres and a capacity of around 350 people, the "Simulator II" building will be the new office in Portugal for Miniclip, which has been based in the City of Knowledge since 2010. With an architecture project by Openbook, project management by Alphalink and construction work led by DST, this space is prepared to meet Miniclip's ambitions of development and growth in our country.

According to Eduardo Baptista Correia, CEO of Taguspark, "the new building will allow Miniclip to meet its demanding criteria of well-being in a workplace of quality and reference worldwide. Its exterior and interior architecture is absolutely exemplary in terms of respecting the demanding criteria for quality of life in the workplace. This highly innovative project has been designed and is set to accompany the growth of this internationally very successful company, providing exceptional environments for its employees and partners."

"The great challenge of this project was to understand and reconcile the needs, criteria and interventions of the various entities involved. We are very pleased with the final result. Another building in Taguspark that combines contemporary architecture with the demanding criteria of sustainability, combined with the requirements of the Miniclip", explains Andreia Teixeira, Head of Urban Development of Taguspark.

For Marius Manolache, Chief Operating Officer of Miniclip, "we are very pleased with the work carried out by Taguspark and Openbook in the development of our new facilities. Miniclip has been making a significant investment in the gaming industry in Portugal since establishing local operations in 2010, and these new offices demonstrate our continued growth and commitment to maintaining investment in this region. We look forward to welcoming all the Miniclippers to Portugal in their fantastic new home."

Called 'Simulator II', the new building is another milestone in the context of Taguspark's evolution and modernisation, simultaneously underlining the ability to develop turnkey projects that are totally adapted to the needs of each company that intends to establish itself in the City of Knowledge. In the last year, the new PHC headquarters was inaugurated, a real estate asset also built from scratch with the Taguspark development teams.
