There is no "more or less levelled", "more or less upright”, "more or less clean" or "more or less safe", but rather “levelled”, "upright”, "clean” and “safe". The rigour is reflected in our procedures, in time and in the rules to follow. In the light of moral and principles, being severe means being rigorous.

A solidary company is recognized as a fair and non-selfish company. A solidary company is a preferred choice in business. It is a more competitive company. Volunteering is a vehicle to solidarity. It is a value that we must highlight as opposed to the fearful, cowardly and laziness.

We must be certain that, before a choice, we chose what is best for both of us and not just the best for each one. Each employee is responsible for his negotiated activity and co-responsible if the co-worker does not fulfil his own task, thus preventing the common goal. A team is a set of individuals - is a whole. In the business game, as in social or family contexts, everyone must comply with their own relative position and we shall not permit that one of ours fails to be in our team.

The initiative coincides with Braga Economy Week
On 21 May, as part of Braga Economy Week 2025, dstgroup, one of Portugal’s most influential and innovative business groups, is once again setting the international agenda by leading a reflection on the future of construction at the event “Inhabiting the future: The Industrialisation of Construction”. The initiative will be promoted by its new company, zethaus, dedicated to industrial construction.
According to InvestBraga, the organiser of Economy Week, “more than an event, this will be a turning point, as dstgroup is at the forefront of a new grammar of construction, anchored in industrialisation as a means of responding to the global challenges of housing, sustainability and productivity.”
Based in Braga, the group proposes a paradigm shift: building faster, to a higher standard, with less waste, while meeting 21st century social and environmental demands.
“We believe Braga is the epicentre of a silent, yet transformative, revolution. Dstgroup wants to lead the future of construction, with industrialised solutions that offer scale, efficiency and respect for the environment. The future of housing demands radical innovation, and we are ready to make it a reality”, asserts José Teixeira, Chairman of the Board of Directors of dstgroup.
The event will take place in the small auditorium of Fórum Braga, with free entry (subject to registration), and will be a unique opportunity to hear about the transformative potential of industrialisation in the construction sector from experts, business leaders and academics.
Braga Economy Week 2025, organised by InvestBraga with the support of dstgroup and other strategic partners, such as IB-S, UMinho Exec and the Norman Foster Foundation, will take place in May and June, reaffirming Braga’s status as one of Portugal’s hotspots for economic debate and entrepreneurial innovation.
The event begins at 09:00 with a speech by dstgroup chairman, José Teixeira, followed by a speech from a representative of Braga Municipal Council.
At 09:45, there will be a discussion between Diogo Inglez de Souza and Rui Furtado on the subject of “house as dwelling machine” vs “machine as house maker”.
