There is no "more or less levelled", "more or less upright”, "more or less clean" or "more or less safe", but rather “levelled”, "upright”, "clean” and “safe". The rigour is reflected in our procedures, in time and in the rules to follow. In the light of moral and principles, being severe means being rigorous.

A solidary company is recognized as a fair and non-selfish company. A solidary company is a preferred choice in business. It is a more competitive company. Volunteering is a vehicle to solidarity. It is modern, fair, cultured, friend, it is a noble gesture of moral elevation.

Courage is essential in our life. Courage to face less pleasant situations when complex issues come up, not expecting random resolutions.
It is a value that we must highlight as opposed to the fearful, cowardly and laziness.

Responsibility. (from the lat respondere) n. the trait of being answerable to someone for something or being responsible for one's conduct; a form of trustworthiness.
We must be certain that, before a choice, we chose what is best for both of us and not just the best for each one. Each employee is responsible for his negotiated activity and co-responsible if the co-worker does not fulfil his own task, thus preventing the common goal. A team is a set of individuals - is a whole. In the business game, as in social or family contexts, everyone must comply with their own relative position and we shall not permit that one of ours fails to be in our team.

The work “Cuéle – o pássaro troçador” (Cuéle - the mockingbird)” was a unanimous winner for the jury
The Angolan writer Jorge Arrimar is the winner of the 6th dstangola/Camões Literature Prize, with his work “Cuéle – o pássaro troçador” (Cuéle - the mockingbird)”, the dstgroup announced today
The prize, organized by the dstgroup in partnership with the Camões Institute, was in this edition dedicated to prose works by Angolan authors published in 2022 and 2023.
The prize, worth 15,000 euros, will be awarded to the winner in the corresponding amount in kwanzas in Angola in April next year.
The jury, made up of José Mena Abrantes (Chairperson), David Capelenguela and Amélia Dalomba was pleased to note the quality of most of the works submitted to this year’s competition, which made their final decision more difficult. In fact, due to their mastery of language and literary writing, the originality of their themes and their almost always constructive criticism of current reality, these works deserve a prominent place in our literature. Unfortunately, as this is a literary competition, only one can win.
“After an in-depth and careful analysis and cross-checking of their opinions, the jury unanimously decided to award this year’s prize to Jorge Arrimar’s “Cuéle – o pássaro troçador” (Cuéle - the mockingbird)” a grandiose and very well documented fresco about a region of Angola rarely featured in our literature,” the jury explained.
“The author has perfect mastery of his expression, both in the writing and in the definition of the different characters, and in the rigor with which he characterizes the ways of being, traditions and behaviour of the various social strata, both on the African and European sides, at a decisive moment in the development of Southern Angola, in the transition from the 19th to the 20th century,” he added.
Jorge Arrimar has thus reconciled, in the jury’s opinion, “naturalness, in a simple and fluid style, reminiscences of significant figures of the time and his own family history and profusely documented historical facts, which reveal both the outline of a possible harmony in the contact between two different cultures and the violation of one by the other in the realization of its colonial occupation”.
The dstangola/Camões Literature Prize, which honours books published in poetry and prose by Angolan authors, aims to become a benchmark in Angola by honouring the most prestigious works and authors, with the utmost rigor in choosing the winning work. Throughout these editions it has honoured Zetho Cunha Gonçalves in 2019, Pepetela in 2020, Benjamim M’Bakassy in 2021, Boaventura Cardoso in 2022 and João Melo last year.
It should also be remembered that, under the protocol signed in 2019 with the Camões Institute, the dstangola reading room was also created at the Portuguese Cultural Centre in Luanda, which received thousands of books from the dstgroup, worth more than 12,500 euros, with a reinforcement of six thousand euros being earmarked for each of the following three years. Among the thousands of books are titles by Portuguese authors, Lusophone authors, technical books and literature, among many other genres.
